"I had the best experience today at LaBonne’s, and I want to share my gratitude in a world that isn’t always this kind.

I stopped in to drop off a package (the in‑store post office is incredibly convenient). The gentleman who helped me was patient, walked me through all my options, and made the process simple. While I was there, the gentleman at the sushi bar waved and said hello—such a small gesture, but sincerely kind.

Since I was already inside, I decided to pick up a few things. I’d never shopped there before, so I wasn’t familiar with the layout, but everyone I passed smiled and greeted me in such a genuine way that it immediately made the store feel welcoming.

At checkout, I met Keith, who let me know the cashier would be right over. Then Melanie arrived—warm, friendly, and truly appreciative that I chose to shop there. She not only told me about the rewards card but gave me helpful tips on signing up, going above and beyond a simple “here’s the form.” Meanwhile, Keith carefully packed my groceries in real bags—something I especially appreciated since I hadn’t planned on shopping and hadn’t brought my own.

I’ve been a lifelong Stop & Shop shopper, but today changed that. Because of the people—their kindness, authenticity, and the positive atmosphere they create—I am now a LaBonne’s shopper.

"I'm a member of the American Legion's Auxiliary in Wolcott. We had LaBonnes in Watertown cater for us on Monday. The food was fabulous. It was delivered on time, there was an abundance of food, and it was delicious. We had the Chicken Florentine, which was moist and tasty, the Stuffed Pork Roast which was such a hit, as well as their Scalloped Potatoes, Roasted Balsamic Veggies, and a wonderful spring salad with Gorgonzola, pecans and Cranberries. This is the 2nd time we've had them cater a function for us. The first time was so good we were compelled to use them again, and they didn't disappoint. I can't recommend their catering high enough. We will continue to use LaBonne's for other catering events throughout the years to come."

"I've shopped at LaBonne's over the years but only tried their catering this last weekend.  I usually use another caterer for bigger parties, but I needed small amount of food for a small dinner party of only about 15 people.  I ordered chicken francaise, spiral ham, roasted potatoes, and green beans almondine.  It was all very delicious, especially the ham.  Service was polite and prompt."
