Are prices the same as in-store?

Yes, they are!

How do I find items that are on sale?

At the top of the products page you’ll see some of our sale items listed. Click here or on “view all” to view everything on sale.

Do you deliver?

We offer delivery roughly within 10-15 miles of the store. Our team delivers some orders and the rest are delivered by our Uber or Doordash partners. Delivery costs vary based on distance from the store.

Is there an order minimum?

There is a $40 minimum.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card will initially show a pending charge for the amount of your original online order. However, your final charge will only reflect the products we were able to fulfill from your order. Your final receipt will be included with your grocery order and is viewable online.

Is the Senior or Veterans Discount available online?

At this time we do not have the ability to offer discounts online but loyalty points do work!

How do substitutions work?

In your cart you can choose “don’t replace anything” or “replace all unavailable”. You can also set substitution preferences at the item level. Instructions can also be provided at the item level (ie: please choose green bananas).

Can I earn Loyalty Points?

Yes! You will accrue and can use points exactly the same way you would in-store.

Can I redeem my Loyalty Points online?

Yes! When you checkout, select loyalty points as your payment method then click "pay with loyalty points". This will deduct your loyalty balance. Then you will have to chose a secondary payment method to cover the rest of the transaction and pay with that method.

Can I tip my LaBonne's shopper?

Tips are not necessary but you can set a tip amount at checkout. Tips are split between the driver and personal shopper.

Can I cancel or change an order after it's been placed?

You can edit your order up until 4 hours before it is due or up until the order is started to be shopped by our team.

Can I view my order once it’s been placed?

Yes! Log in to your account, hover over your name and select “your orders”.

What if I'm not happy with an item or my order?

Please call the store and we will use our superpowers to make it right!
