39th Annual LaBonne's Charity Golf Tournament: Another Day for a Great Cause

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support our 39th Annual Charity Golf Tournament last month.

Every year, this event brings together friends, family, and local businesses for a day on the course and every year, it's a reminder of just how generous our community is. All proceeds from the tournament go directly to the food banks serving the surrounding towns of Watertown, Woodbury, Salisbury, and Prospect, helping stock shelves and support families throughout the year.

This year alone, the tournament raised over $34,000 for our local food banks - bringing our all-time total to more than $500,000 raised since the tournament began. That kind of impact doesn't happen without the golfers, sponsors, and volunteers who show up year after year to make it possible.

This year's tournament was once again held at Watertown Golf Club, and as always, playing there was a pleasure from start to finish. A big thank you to their entire crew for helping make the day happen, from the course conditions to the coordination behind the scenes, their team and our volunteers are a huge part of why this event runs so smoothly.

Between the scramble format on the course, lunch on the patio, and a dinner and awards ceremony to close out the evening, it was a full day of golf, giving, and good company.

To everyone who golfed, sponsored, donated, or volunteered, thank you for making the 39th Annual LaBonne's Charity Golf Tournament another success. We'll see you next year.
